Portering Service – Ducky-Bob’s “Behind the Scenes” Breakdown
To assist caterers with clean-up during and after a catered event, we offer a portering service. Portering includes:
- Emptying and re-racking glassware
- Scraping and re-racking china
- Sorting flatware
- And more
By hiring our experienced staff, you minimize cleanup time and damage/loss to equipment. Arrange for portering service and schedule after-event pickup for those events where it is important to vacate a venue as soon as possible. Your Event Specialist can quote rates per occasion.
Site Inspection
An event specialist will come to your location to help determine the space requirements for your event. Please call for an appointment. 972-381-8000 and press 1.
CAD Drawing
Provide us with detailed information about your event and one of our Event Specialists can design a scaled rendering of the tent, ballroom or other space that you plan to use. The computer aided design (CAD) is helpful for visualizing seating and placement of activities such as buffets, bars, dance floor, etc.

Flame Retardant Service
On certain occasions and in some jurisdictions, Fire Marshal regulations require table linens to be treated with a flame-retardant solution. Ducky-Bob’s linens can be treated to meet regulations with advance notice of ten (10) working days prior to delivery. Please consult with your Event Specialist for more information. Rates are $6.00 per cloth or section of skirting.
Damage Waiver– Ducky-Bob’s “Hassle Free” Service & Return Policy
You may elect to pay a fee equal to a fixed percentage of the cost of your rentals, in lieu of additional charges for damaged items. Damage waiver does not cover shortage or loss of items, nor does it cover damage due to improper or abusive use of items. The damage waiver does not apply to tents, tent accessories, and certain rental items. Ask your Event Specialist for details.
Ducky-Bob’s “To Go”–Want to save money on delivery? Our Carrollton warehouse offers convenient dockside loading and unloading:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday – 8:00am – Noon
Sunday – Closed
Our Fort Worth showroom has no loading and unloading capacity. The showroom is open on a Scheduled Appointment basis.

Delivery and Pickup
Normal delivery hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am – Noon. Click the link below for the charge to your area. If your city is not listed, or you want to schedule after hours service, please speak with your Event Specialist. A minimum order is required for delivery.
Setup and Breakdown– Let Ducky-Bob’s Do The Lifting! Call for a quote for setup and breakdown of your tables and chairs by our friendly, professional delivery service representatives.
Extended Service Hours– Ducky-Bob’s “Special Event Response Team” For event emergencies, during non-business hours, please call 469-576-3747 and leave a detailed message concerning your rental order. An Event Specialist will return your call promptly.
Volume Pricing
Tablecloths, tables, and chairs are offered at reduced rates for larger events. Prices and minimums are listed here, but please consult with your Event Specialist for more details.
