- allow 3 pounds of ice per person for a 3 hour cocktail party
- plan for 2 cups, or 16 ounces of punch per person
- one full keg of beer = 160 servings
- one gallon of wine = 25 5 oz servings, fill glass about 1/3 full
- one 750ml bottle of wine or champagne = 5 5oz servings
- one liter of liquor = 22 1.5oz shots
