Tent Planning Services
Frame Tents – Provides the maximum amount of useable space and can be erected on concrete, grass and asphalt.
Pole Tents – Most economical way to cover a large grassy area. Poles are used inside of the tent for support and staking is required 7’ to 10’ around the perimeter of the tent.
Additional Considerations:
* All exits must be clear.
* Food preparation, cooking, and cleanup areas require additional space. Some caterers prefer a separate tent for staging these activities.
* No grilling in tents. The smoke odor permeates the tent fabric.
* Staking requires space outside the tent perimeter.
* Covered walks (marquees) may be appropriate between cooking and service areas and main tents or parking area and main tents.
